3 Bookish Things Book Tag

Happy Friday everyone!  I hope you're all having a fantastic day.  Today, I'm doing the 3 Bookish Things Book Tag.  I saw this tag over on Cait's blog, Paper Fury.  I though it would be super fun, but an extremely challenging tag to answer. And to be completely honest, choosing only three things for each was extremely challenging.  But nonetheless, I had fun with it anyways.

3 Favorite Authors:

This is an extremely hard question because there are so many authors and I love all of their work!  This is an evil question...

1.  Sarra Cannon~ When I was just starting reading a bunch of YA books, I ended up finding her Shadow Demon Saga and was instantly hooked.  I was so hooked on the series that I ended up reading all 6 books in that series in roughly a month.  There are other books in the series after book 6, but I haven't gotten around to buying and reading those yet.

2.  Lacey Weatherford~  Jordan was the one who introduced me to her Crush series that she had written and I kind of went off from there reading that entire series and her Of Witches and Warlocks series.  I love her writing style.

3.  Amy Trueblood~  This author is fairly new and her I loved the first book that she published, Nothing But Sky, so I'm definitely looking forward to more of her work in the near future!

3 Weirdest Things Used As A Bookmark:

1.  An old fortune cookie fortune~  For a book that I had to read during my English class in Spring (2018) semester, I used an old fortune from a fortune cookie.

2.  An old receipt~  Sometimes if there isn't a bookmark around, I might reach for the pile of receipts that I have stacked behind my computer...

3.  Homework~  Okay, when I was younger and I couldn't find a bookmark, I would always shove my homework into the pages of my book, just so I wouldn't lose my page until I could grab a bookmark.

3 Unpopular Bookish Opinions:

(Please no one hate me for the 3 unpopular bookish opinions!)

1.  Sometimes popular books are way overhyped, so a majority of the time I dislike popular books.

2.  I have never liked 3rd Person POV's.

3.  I dislike, with a passion, paranormal characters that are the typical vampires and werewolves.

3 Popular Bookish Opinions:

1.  I love hardcover books.

2.  I love 1st Person POV (and Multiple POV's).

3.  I like contemporary/romance Young Adult novels.

3 Favorite Book Covers:

There are so many cool and unique covers, it's hard to choose only 3 of them!

3 Book Goals for the Year (2019):

This one is going to be for 2019 since 2018 is almost over!

1.  Be more interactive on Twitter~  I want to try to be more interactive on social media. Also, I promise I don't bite, but since I'm very shy I never know how to respond to others when it comes to talking to people on the internet, so I'm going to try the best I can to talk to as many of you lovely people as I can!

2.  Respond to Blog Comments~ I want to be more interactive with everyone who comments here on my blog.  I don't get a ton of comments on here, but for the ones that I do get, I want to try to reply to every single one of you.

3.  Read More Books~ Over the last year or two, I've been really lacking on reading, so I'm hoping next year I'll read even more books that I have in the past!
