Did I Mention I Love You? by Estelle Maskame - Book Review

How’s it going everyone. Today, I’ll be reviewing Did I Mention I Love You? by Estelle Maskame.  About a week into early November, I was searching iBooks for new books to read, even though I still have a ton books on my TBR list. When I found out that this book was on sale from its original price, I snatched it up immediately without a second thought and I'm so lucky I did.  This was one of the books that I wanted to read for a while.  Now, this review was supposed to come out on Friday, but I actually finished writing it on Friday night, so I guess today there'll be two posts, if you read what I had posted earlier!  Let's jump right in.

'Tis the Season Book Tag ft. Jordan: My Flourishing Retrospect

How’s it going everyone. I hope you’re all having a fantastic day!  Today, I’ll be doing the ‘Tis The Season Book Tag, with a twist!  I will be doing this post with my twin sister, Jordan, who blogs over at My Flourishing Retrospect.  Now, we’ve always wanted to do some kind of post together and even though we planned on doing this a long time ago, it never came together.  But luckily this time we were finally able to sit down and do something that we could do for our blogs, one that’s more themed for my blog one that is more themed for her blog.  Originally, this was supposed to go out on Christmas, but things ended up getting in the way.  Luckily, we had time now and even though December is almost over, it's better late than never!  Now, let’s jump right in and answer some Q’s.

Near the end of October, I found this book in iBooks for a really great deal and I automatically snatched it up when I could. I had my eye on this book for a while, but kind of forgot about it underneath my TBR pile until I found it again and started reading immediately.  Let jump right in with my review.

How’s it going everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here. Today, I’ll be reviewing Cheyenne by Lisa L. Wiedmeier.  I've had this book for a long while and I finally got around to reading it just recently back in early November.  I tried starting the book when I first found it about two years ago, but I forgot about it overtime until I found it on Amazon's Best Seller's List.  So, I snatched it right up again and started reading the one book I was determined to finish it this time.

Brightest Kind of Darkness by P. T. Michelle - Book Review

How’s it going everyone. Happy Halloween! Today, I’ll be reviewing Brightest Kind of Darkness by P.T. Michelle.  I've had my eye on this book for a while and it feels like I got it forever ago.  Since I had some time, I was able to take October 12 through the 15, to be able to sit down and actually read and finish a book!

Also, just a friendly reminder, reviews will still be sporadic until mid-December from what I can tell so far.  Most of my time currently, is spent on homework and such, it's left me little to almost no time to read books, write posts, and try to interact on social media.  Just like every school year, inspiration for my own personal writing comes with ease and reading slumps have officially, for now, become a thing of the past, but I have little to no time to do any of it, sadly.  Thank you all for being patient while I figure everything out.  Anyways, let's continue with my review!

This or That Book Tag

How's it going everyone!  I hope you’re all having a lovely day.  Today, I'm going to do the This or That Book Tag!  After snooping around on some other lovely book blogger's blogs, I came across this tag and thought it would be another great tag that I could do for the blog.  I found this tag on Kaytlyn's blog, who blog's over on The BohemianBookworm.  I loved this book tag and I thought that I would be something super fun to do.  And the fact that I am now completely out of back-up books to review on the blog after almost two years of constantly posting book reviews every Friday.  With school, reading has been pushed to the back burner in addition to a reading-slump, but I’m trying to start reading again.  I’m just doing it very slowly.  Anyways, let's get started and answer some questions!

Love & Gelato by Jenna Evans Welch - Book Review

How’s it going everyone. Today, I’ll be reviewing Love & Gelato by Jenna Evans Welch.  This book came out a year ago and I've seen a few people talk about the book and how much they loved it.  I ended up adding this book, along with a few others, to my Book I Want to Buy TBR list that I put together a while back.  When I was in iBooks during the second to last week of August, in the young adult genre, I was in the top paid books section and I saw this book was on sale while I was scrolling through.  After reading a small sample of the story, I was really intrigued and I wanted to read more and I knew that I had to get this book.  Anyways, let's jump right in with my review.

How’s it going everyone. Today, I’ll be reviewing The Trouble with Falling by Rochelle Morgan.  This is the fourth book in the Trouble series that I had gotten back in December 2016.  Some of you may be asking why I skipped reviewing the third book in this series.  Sadly, I won't be reviewing the third book on my blog.  If you're wondering why I jumped from the second book to the fourth book.  I ended up putting the third book in the DNF pile after getting extremely annoyed with the story and the characters.  Anyways, let's jump right in with my review!

How’s it going everyone!  Today, I’ll be reviewing Last to Know by Micalea Smeltzer.  I found this book on iBooks Top Free Book chart back in May.  Because I was still in and out of my romance reading phase, I was searching everywhere for a sweet romance/contemporary story that I could read when I came across this book.  The idea of this story really interested me and I knew it was just the book I needed to help getting out of this little slump that I had been in.

Captivate by Vanessa Garden - Book Review

How’s it going everyone! Today, I’ll be reviewing Captivate by Vanessa Garden.  I got this book back in May during one of my normal searches for new books.  It was originally free in iBooks, but the prices have changed since then, so I was lucky to get my hands on this book when I did.  When I saw this book, I reminded me of another book cover that I'd seen another author use and when I read the description, I thought it would be a great read, even though I thought this book was about mermaids, when in reality this book was about an underwater city.  Anyways, let's jump right in!

Today, I'll be reviewing Planet Urth by Jennifer and Christopher Martucci.  I had seen this book several times in the "First in a Series in Young Adult" section on iBooks.  When I first saw this story and read the description, I did pushed it off since I'm not normally into the dystopian, apocalyptic world stories, but after seeing it multiple times, I did decided to give this book a try and see if I could find another book that I would like.

Destiny by Cindy Ray Hale - Book Review

How’s it going everyone! Today, I’ll be reviewing Destiny by Cindy Ray Hale.  I found this book back when the author had followed me on Twitter, which was around early March, if I remember correctly.  When I saw this book, it really piqued my interest.  I thought that it would be a great new book to read because it was different than the normal books that I had seen in the past.  The idea of the book being a Romeo and Juliet retelling really interested me and I knew I had to give it a try.

Maynard.  I found this book on iBooks when I was searching to see all books that were published by CleanTeen Publishing, making my TBR pile bigger because I love finding different kinds of books to read.  When I saw this book, the cover made me very curious and when I read the description, I was extremely interested in seeing what this book was going to be.  Let me say, before I go into full detail, this book was amazing.

How’s it going everyone. Today, I’ll be reviewing Queen of Someday by Sherry D. Ficklin.  Some of you may remember that back in April, I posted a review for a book that she published with another author called Extracted.  When I went to see what other books she had written I found this book.  When I saw the concept of this book, I immediately thought of the TV show Reign.  And if you aren't familiar with the show Reign, that show follows the life of Mary, Queen of Scots.  Mainly the show is based upon fiction with a mix of actual history, which is why I though that this book would be a great read.  Anyways, let's jump in with my review.

Today, I’ll be reviewing Stuck in the Moment by Tracie Puckett.  I had seen this book a few times, after I had read the author’s other book called, Breaking Rules.  Now, after I finished that book, around that time this book was available for pre-order so I waited to get it until I had knocked a few of my other books off my TBR list before getting my hands on this one.  After reading the description, I knew I had to read this book because I ended up getting into that weird book phase where I only wanted to read books that were about teen love stories.  Anyways, enough of my digressing, let’s continue on with my review.

How’s it going everyone!  Today, I’ll be reviewing Isla's Inheritance by Cassandra Page.  I came across this book when I was in iBooks in the “Reader’s Also Bought” section, when I went on one of my random searches.  When I was searching, this book in particular caught my eye. The book cover was similar to the book that I reviewed back in July called, Saving Angel.  So I guess you can say that I got the book because of the cover, but I also liked the description of the story, which made me ever more curious.

How’s it going everyone! Today, I’ll be reviewing Stalk Me by Jillian Dodd.  I read book almost forever ago, two or three years ago maybe.  My twin, Jordan, suggested this book to me.  She had gotten all seven books on sale for a really good price and told me that I would love the story.  I was starting to develop my reading addiction when she suggested it to me and downloaded it, telling her I would give it a chance. Once I picked this book up, I could not put it and the rest of the series down.  And I ended up reading all seven books within two months.  Anyways, let’s jump into my review.

How’s it going everyone!  I hope you’re all having a great day.  Today, I’ll be reviewing Everblue by Brenda Pandos.  This is another book that I had lost on my TBR list and finally got around to reading back in December.  After reading Just Breathe, I wanted to read another mermaid book because I was still in the mood and that was when I remember that Brenda Pandos, who also wrote The Emerald Talisman, had written a mermaid book so I instantly knew what I was going to be reading next.

How’s it going everyone! Today, I’ll be reviewing Chameleon by Kelly Oram.  I found this book because a friend, who knows the author, suggested this book to me.  He absolutely loved the book and because I told him I wanted to be an author and loved reading YA, he thought I would love this book.  In addition, I saw this book several times on iBooks and I got around to reading it during the end of summer in 2016, which almost feels like forever ago.

Today, I’ll be reviewing My Boyfriend Merlin by Priya Ardis.  I had seen this book on iBooks several times and I kind of forgot about the book until I found it back in November and knew that I had to read it because it’s based around Merlin and the myths of Camelot.  Also, I used to watch the BBC version of Merlin and I loved that so, so much.  Anyways, I think I’m getting off topic here, back to my review.

The Deepest Cut by J. A. Templeton - Book Review

How’s it going everyone! Today, I'll be reviewing The Deepest Cut by J.A. Templeton.  Now this was a book that I found in the Free Starter Series in the young adult section.  When I read the description, it was about a girl who could see and talk to the dead.  This kind of reminded me of Ghost Whisper, which is a TV show about someone who would help the dead cross over to the other side, if you didn’t know what that show was about.  Even though that show was fiction, it still scares me to this day.  Anyways let’s just say this is probably one of the creepiest books that I have ever read and sleeping at night after reading this was not fun.

How’s it going everyone! Today, I'll be reviewing The Forgotten Ones by Laura Howard.  I gotten the sample for this book a long, long time ago and downloaded it because I had previously planed on reading it after I finished reading a previous book.  It wasn't until October had came around when I realized that I never got around to reading it.  I also didn’t realize this book was really short.  When I opened it, the only thought that went though my mind after I discovered it in the lost abyss called my iBooks library was, why didn't I read this sooner?

How’s it going everyone!  I hope you’re all having a Happy New Year!  I still can’t believe it’s the new year of 2017, time is going by so fast.  Today I’ll be reviewing Cursed by Christina Bauer.  I found this book in the Young Adult section in the Popular Series on iBooks.  This book was a free series starter when I got a hold of it with another book called Cipher (which is no longer free).  That review is going to be out next week (January 13^th), but for now let’s get back to this current book review.
