It’s December 31st, New Year’s Eve! It’s been a whirlwind of a decade and a busy and amazing year as well. Before I jump into my New Year’s Resolutions for 2020, I want to thank you all. Thank you all for being here, whether your new or have been here for a while, thank you. When I first started blogging, I never knew what it would have turned into today. I started this blog back on February 25, 2016 almost halfway near the end of the decade (which I'll be doing a separate post to celebrate that 4 Year milestone in 2020). I am honestly amazed and thankful for all of the people I have met along the way in the blogging community. Normally, I don’t make New Year’s resolutions, however this year, things will be different. I thought it would be a great way to kick off the new decade by creating some blogging New Year’s Resolutions and encourage myself to set some new goals and challenge myself to do more by trying something new. Let’s talk about my 2020 New Year’s Resolutions.

Bet You Didn’t Know Tag
Happy December everyone! I hope you're all having a lovely day! Today, I'm doing the Bet You Didn't Know Tag. I was tagged by the lovely Geraldine over at Geraldine Talks. First, I want to say I'm sorry for taking way to long on this tag! I was tagged back in August and I completely got side tracked when it came to writing this post. Not only was I struggling with coming up with 7 facts about me (which is very hard by the way), life ended up getting very busy around that time. I was also supposed to have this go up before November 30th, but that didn't work out, so December 2nd it is. Anyways, let's jump right in!

10 Books I Read When I Was Younger ~ My Bookish Thoughts
Today, I thought it would be fun to walk down memory lane! I've read a lot of books when I was growing up and I thought it would be fun to share a few of the ones that I remember reading! As much as I wish I could remember all of the books that I read, which feels like forever ago, I'm going to try to share 10 books that I mainly remember reading. For the ten books that I have listed, I tried to stick to books that I had read from either 6th grade or below because after 6th grade, I stopped reading and right around the time I started reading again, I had created my blog & had already reviewed those books. Let's jump right in!

My Summer Reading List
Happy Summer everyone! I hope you're all having a lovely day. Today, I thought it would be fun to share my summer reading list that I hope to accomplish this summer. Even though it isn't officially summer until June 21st, but I thought it would be fun to share a few of the books that I hope to finish reading before my fall classes start. I'm going to have my reading split into two sections, one for eBooks and one for the physical books that I own. For this list, I don't have a theme, besides trying to get through as many backlogged books as I can so they might not be "summer read" worthy, but we'll roll with it! Let's jump right in.

Happy May Update & April Wrap-Up
Hi everyone! It's been a long while since I've written an update for the blog. Today, I'm going to talk about a few things: why I've been gone, blog posts, my reading, and over all update you on what's been keeping me busy over the last month. For starters, this little hiatus, if you want to call it that, was completely unplanned, though it was 100% needed! I've taken unplanned breaks in the past from blogging, but normally I was still behind the scenes writing posts for the next month. However, this break meant that I haven't written an actual post in a month. Anyways, here's why I was gone...

Balancing School & Reading~ My Bookish Thoughts #3
Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a lovely day. Today, I thought it would be fun to talk about how to balance school and reading. Obviously, a lot of us may be in school, whether it's high school or college, and we're all trying to find a balance between the two. Most of the time, homework might get in the way of reading (and blogging if you're a blogger), in addition to lots of other stuff that happens in our lives. This puts anything we enjoy doing on the back burner. Sometimes it feels like it's impossible to be able to balance our time between responsibilities, having fun, and relaxing. For this post, I thought it would be a good idea to share some tips/ideas about how to balance these two factors with each other and possibly help you during your school life!

A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas - Book Review
Hello everyone! Today, I’ll be reviewing A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas. This has been a book that I've debated on reading for a long time now. I've heard both good and bad about the book and just about everything when it comes to this book series. This is the first Sarah J. Maas book that I've read, I know shocker, but I decided to jump right into this book and see what all of the hype was about and whether or not it was worth it, and let me just say the hype was right.
